Nate was a super nice guy to work with. This was his first test shoot, and after one outfit, he started feeling at ease in front of the camera.. i like how it all turned out, and we found some interesting locations!

William Elliot Whitmore

Storm Large

I first saw storm perform pre rockstar supernova days she bartended and preformed at Dante's Inferno in downtown Portland. I remember immediately falling in love with her bigger than life personality, and sweet soulfull voice. I could tell that she came from a challenging past and was destined for great things. This is a video directed by James Westby (the autuer, and soon rid of me) is based on her one woman show, currently at Portland Center Stage.

Nadav

This was Nadav's first photoshoot, he wasn't quite sure what to do with himself, but in the end we got some very handsome shots. A great face!!

Martyna

Beautiful Martyna was in the office recently, on her first visit to the united states. what a beauty, even after long distance travel she gave me some great energy, and beautiful photos.

Garrett

I finally got to shoot with Garrett, this guy is such a genuine person. He was a little nervous at first and we had no sunshine, but i think we got some great images. And it was just nice to hang out and get to know him a little more.

Barista

Last Saturday I had an out of body experience with coffee. You know that moment when you have your first glass of really good wine, and suddenly you get what all the fuss was about. Well I had this experience at Portland's Barista. They do Vaccum Pots. I have to admit when I walked in the door my eyes popped out of my head because of the cost of a cup of coffee. Then I thought, hey, new experience let's see what it's like. And an experience was exactly what it was. From the explanation of the coffee grounds and their origins, to the presentation and final pour of the coffee, it was an educational and aromatic pleasure. The coffee itself was the best cup I have ever had, that moment when i got what all the fuss was about. Delicious! Try it!

Jacob

Jacob is another new face at Q6, again digitals that i took and decided to play with in photo-shop.

I recently got a new version of photo shop, and as i was editing shots of a new model at Q6 I decided to play around a bit. This image of our newest face, Travis, is what i came up with tonight.

It is early morning, and i am up listening to music and wasting time on the interwebs... Dan would have been 34 this past saturday, and he's been on my mind. While looking at his myspace page, i decided to re read a "cowboy / cowgirl" questionaire that he filled out and was reminded of how funny he was. one of the most unique witty people i have ever known. so in that spirit, i want to share what her wrote here.

lace up or pull on boots? you can't pull on backpacking boots. moron.

tail gating or line dancing? Gating tails sounds boring, but then again, so does dancing in a line.

bud or coors? Oh.. ...I can answer this one. Bud!!
cope or skoal? I generally cope well, yes.
do it for the buckle or the girls/guys? do what for the buckle? Either way, it doesn't matter. My answer is "guys."
men belong in the... compost pile. I don't know why. But they do.
women belong in the... uhhhh.....microwave?
beef or pork? Neither
hunting or fishing? I fish for hunters!
drugs or jesus? Obviously who ever wrote this quiz has never taken drugs and thought about jesus.

bed of your truck or a motel? I think what this question meant to say was "back of my Subaru or an independantly owned boutique hotel" Hey quiz writer, YOU DON'T KNOW COWBOYS!!
texas or colorado? Another easy one... born in Colorado!
ropin or wrestling? the images I've created in my mind simply make it too hard to answer this one.
tatoos or scars? apparently cowboys/cowgirls can't spell.
weekend at the rodeo or weekend with the love of your life? I've Ol' Bessy was still around (bless her bovine heart), I'd be able to pick both!

Dan

This is a BEAUTIFUL watercolor portrait of my love was done by a very talented person named Francios Marry. I've posted his Music videos on my blog before. http://www.kidfrancois.com This jpg doesn't do the original justice! Francois never met Dan, he doesn't know the animated, and colorful person that Dan was in life. With only a few emailed photos (francois lives in europe) and a bio on Dan, he captured the essence of Dan perfectly. I will cherish this forever.

Sweden / Denmark

I was lucky enough to travel with a friend to the amazing country of Sweden, with a quick jaunt to Copenhagen for New Years. Sweden, especially Malmo, is one of the most beautiful places I've have ever visited. I hope to find myself there again one day.
